The front & back desk staff were thorough, friendly & nice. One long term medical staff member that saw me the second time was truly concerned that I would be given the best care, regardless of the time to go on break or leaving. These medical professionals are worthy of their title.

Had a great experience. You check in on your phone or tablet very fast and friendly. There is a lady when you leave for check out her name is Brenda. She is amazing very nice and welcoming her smile lights the room up. Staff here are very polite and welcoming.

My first visit was with a fill in doctor and he was rude, arrogant and unprofessional. His biggest concern was that he couldn’t sign in to his computer. He acted like my issue was nonexistent and I was wasting his time. My second visit was with the regular doctor that’s always there, an orthopedic surgeon, he was no better. Rude, arrogant and acted like I was wasting his time, no professionalism whatsoever. Not sure how they are in business at that location, the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor.

The Doctor was very unpleasant and not professional. Putting me through hell over a part time job. Been taking medication for 1 over 35 years and the other over 6 years. This job is probably 15 hours a week. Also I'm doing the running around and the paperwork. They also held my drug test until they tested then they called me and ask me If I was talking the medication which I put on their paperwork. They wanted dates location of pharmacy. I should of never been treated like this. Trying to work and supply for my family. But I feel like a criminal I'm so stressed out and upset. 😡 The ladies behind counter agreed with me when I explained what he was doing. This one is on Butler Ave in Lancaster Pa. I pray for my family so I can supply food and things

Doctor was nice. Other staff was even nicer. Even walking in with no appointment my wait was very reasonable. My only real complaint is having to check in and do medical history on my phone. I filled it out and while I was back waiting on the Dr they brought me back paper forms I had to fill out because my phone documents didn’t go through so I had to do it again on paper like I asked to do in the first place. 🤷‍♂️

Dr Calloway is great! He really cares about you. He make you feel comfortable to.talk to.great doctor! Every one there is pleasant and all around great people. Give them a chance you will feel the same!

Matt and Porsha will forever be my favs. Super welcoming and always with positive attitudes. But overall staff from the front to the doctors and assistants - super great team! Very professional!

Staff was friendly, but not having a comfortable chair instead of the exam table to sit on for over an hour really did a number on by back!! The chairs in the waiting room are very dirty and stained. But like i said all the staff were freindly. That's the only reason for 3 stars otherwise it would be less.
